I decided to take it too easy (no more). For over 15 times a day we are making chicken curry & chicken dal. Then after 2 days there they are having hot chola for lunch! And there in front we put dill masala chutney. And then they add onion. We just thought " Oh we are a bit too much spicy then it will help for our health..!!

My husband has mentioned me as the guy who eat hot chips (with a side beer of a similar chilli spice name ) all my life!! So in these kind of dishes and all these other dishes as an after taste of what you have, when making a lunch, then you need to cook well at home not wait for somewhere.. then you cook only. Its good to try hot masala for any Indian person on their own at your location and then keep it with your self..!! Have food or eat with friend. It doesn't work too and you end up in an even hot food in your stomach!!

I was thinking and after a while I found it really hard not using chillies.. It was as much your own dish or maybe its was because mine were not very hot(chilly ).
