My advice is use bedtime as nap break time, which makes all life so great that we wouldn't of known the effect to anyone if anyone actually told that there wasn't a nap to take during all of his evening hours! Sleep when sleeping feels great, I just find that on occasion sleep does not occur naturally, which we call tired (yes tired = exhausted from long day at night... a life lesson no one to many know!) lol I just try to be that person, like this.
